All of our jewelry is handmade and fulfilled out of our Eau Claire studio. Due to its handmade nature, please allow 1-3 business days for orders to ship.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is fulfilled.

International Shipping: 

International orders continue to experience longer than expected shipping timelines. Based on carrier delays, please allow up to 5 weeks for your order to arrive. If your order has not arrived by then, contact customer care for help. Our fulfillment timelines are usually within 1 - 3 business days of receiving your order, but there is nothing we can do about the extended carrier delays for international orders.  Please note, we cannot offer exchanges on international orders but we do accept returns.
